the initial action plan and its focus, to the local school

is prepared to ensure community-wide knowledge and
continuing communication about Sports Done RightTM. |

conduct a student-athlete survey to gain insight on the
views of student-athletes regarding the current athletic
program. Use data and comments to begin a discussion with

The leadership team asks interested
members of the community to become members of an extended
leadership team council, creating a wider base of support

Display copies of the Sports Done
RightTM report in local
businesses - i.e., barber shop, doctor's office, fitness
club, etc. |

Hold a Leadership Academy with a rival
school district - inviting students from both schools to
discuss leadership and their role in the implementation
